Delivery Information
Delivery is free of charge on orders under 1kg at your own risk by Royal Mail. Deliveries are £4.50 + Vat for secured 1st class tracked and signed parcels under 1 kg by Royal Mail. Deliveries are made by a Foscott Packaging vehicle or by third party couriers.

Delivery Lead Times
We aim to process each order and despatch for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability), however, please allow 2-3 days for delivery as next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. If you do require guaranteed next day delivery then please contact us on 02891822211 and we will try to accommodate your request. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be processed the next working day.  If the product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. 

Delivery UK
All orders will be despatched by your shipping selection instore, same day usually or latest within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. This date is calculated from the receipt of an order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. All delivery times may be subject to factory lead times for machinery and special order spares.  Our prices exclude delivery charges and Vat.

If you require delivery outside UK or on a timed delivery service then please contact us on 02891311821 or via email sales@foscottpackaging.com. This will enable us to provide the best value and most cost-effective delivery charge for your packaging materials and supplies.

Delivery Charges UK
Standard next day parcel carriage Royal Mail - Tracked and signed £4.50 + Vat. Standard next day / 2 day parcel Carrier - Tracked and signed £13.50 + Vat. The next day service is available for deliveries Monday - Friday only. If a Saturday delivery is required additional carriage charges will apply. Please contact us to obtain a price for this service.

Delivery charges outside UK
Delivery arrangements and charges will be agreed with the customer before despatching of goods.  Please contact us on 02891822211 to obtain a quote.

Collection
Foscott Packaging does not have a trade counter but by prior arrangement, you can collect your order from us directly from our warehouse.
We deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. We aim to make all our courier deliveries within 1-5 working days, if items are not in stock with ourselves or from within our buying group and delivery times are expected to be longer than 14 days, then a full refund will be offered if required.

Website order cancellation before dispatch and delivery

Has my parcel to be signed for
If no one will be available to sign for a parcel or delivery then you can attach alternative instructions on where to leave the goods. Please ensure this is secure as parcels are left at your own risk and we are governed by the terms of our agreements with the courier company and this is outside our control.

 

   
Returns policy
       1.    Introduction 1.1    
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
1.2     We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
1.3     This policy shall apply to all our customers, in the UK and Ireland.
1.4     This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website delivered to a UK / Ireland address.
1.5     This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

2.         Returns 2.1     If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
(a)      Foscott Packaging receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of invoice of the product to you;
(b)      The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

(c)      You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
(d)      None of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

3.         Returns procedure 3.1     In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.

3.2     Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed for delivery or carrier to Foscott Packaging, 12 Carolsteen Avenue, Helens Bay, Co. Down, BT19 1LJ.
3.3     You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

4.         Exclusions 4.1     The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy: 
(a)     Any product made to your specification; 
(b)     Any product made to order;
(c)      Any product personalised or adapted for you;  

5.         Refunds 5.1     We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
5.2     We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. 5.3     We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
5.4     We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
5.5     We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive the returned product.

6.         Improper returns 6.1  
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
(a)      Foscott Packaging will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b)      Foscott Packaging may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c)      If Foscott Packaging do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
