The Codaprint coder is suitable for continuous printing on almost all kinds of packaging materials.
Printing ink is available for both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.

Colour cartridge allows the ink to transfer onto the roller using the ink pads.
The transfer roller distributes the ink evenly onto the Baselock rubber types on the pressure roller.
The printer is driven by the product flow.
The printer can be easily integrated in a conveyor belt. 
For absorbent materials (paper, cardboard, etc.)
For non-absorbent materials (plastic, foil, metal, etc.)
There is a wide choice of colours for different materials.

Fitting Instructions

The codaprint ink cartridge head should be fitted with a complete set of transfer pads each time a new ink cartridge is used.
It is essential that they are fitted in the following order.
To improve the life of these pads, remove the ink cartridge and head from the printer when not in use, and cover the outer pad to prevent it drying out.
Store with the cartridge head upright.

The Codaflex driving is provided by the rubber roller belts of the marking drum and by a synchronous transmission with gearing and timing belt for an optimum marking quality even at high speed.

The marking quality is guaranteed by the very precise calibration of the ink film, provided by the adjustable scraper and the fine precision laser-engraved ceramic transfer roller.

The above model is displayed with the optional air strut lifting attachment.
