Automatic jaw sealer - this is our range of solenoid or pneumatically operated machines with single or dual elements up to 1200mm capacity.
Single heat means only one jaw has an element wire fitted.
Double heat has both jaws fitted with an element wire.
The sealing jaws close and open automatically when foot switch ( or optional push buttons) are depressed.
Dual electronic timer control of heat and cooling cycles with auto compensating heat control for more consistent welds.
Sealing widths of 6mm (Standard) and 10mm are available and cut / seal elements can be supplied.
Optional manual knife safety cutter attachments can be fitted
(But with reduced sealing / cutting length of 50mm x 2 = 100mm between operating arms).
Example - 400mm machine fitted with a cutter will seal and cut 300mm bag / film size. etc.
The machine will still seal film to the width of the seal bar.
