T C Pneumatic Printer

Reciprocating unit to print codes, sell by dates, etc... onto all substrates.

It works automatically on line or manually off line and can be mounted on the top, bottom or the side.

Operating Principle
The control box receives a signal from a detector and gives the instruction to the head to print.

Model T201 - Pneumatic,

120 prints/min

Model T202 - Electrical pneumatic,

150 prints/min, 220v.

The detector can be pneumatic or electrical, it detects the presence of the item to print.

The control box can activate one or several printing heads.

The printer is available in two sizes depending on the three choices of type holder.

Type size 24mm x 24mm    

Type size 24mm x 35mm    

Type size 24mm x 48mm 

The type holder uses Baselock type ribbed characters - numbers.

Flat type holder 24mm x 24mm is 7 Rib wide and will take max height single character up to -

Style 972 Condensed

Style 24/60 Bold

Style 200 Medium

Printing head unit may be bought separately.

Not included in the standard unit T201 is a mounting option and detector or an air supply with regulator / filter.

Detectors are available with sensitive rod under 100gr or with sensitive wheel from 2,3 to 4.5kg.

Each unit comes with -

A printing head with an inking cartridge holder and 1 flat type holder.

A pneumatic or electrical control box.
