This is a bench mounted or free standing probe type vacuum sealer.

With both jaws heated it can seal most modern barrier materials such as foils and nylon laminates up to 600mm in width.

Manual  vacuum clamp jaws.

Solenoid sealing jaw operation.

A range of vacuum pumps are available between 6 and 15m³/h.

The vacuum pump ( TL6, TL10, or TL15 ) is now fitted inside the machine.

The vacuum cycle can be manual, automatically timed or programmed to a preset level.

As the product is not placed inside a chamber there is no limit to the maximum product length.

The machine is finished in powder coated mild steel.

Stands are an option, Aluminium Profile stand on four levelling feet.

Star 106 Control panel.

The MKVI offers weld and cool control to the nearest 1/10th of a second and has a built in program to help counteract the effects of heat build up during rapid cycling.

The MKVI C has weld and cool control to the nearest degree C.

Adjustment is made by the keypad with an LCD readout of the settings.

The keys can be locked to prevent unauthorized alteration.

Skin Pack Machine

EDL John Quinn SP3 range of skin packaging machines are designed to meet a wide range of requirements from small batch production to high volumes.

With modern technology we have re-developed the SP range with a pneumatic vacuum valve which replaces the vacuum pump.

The SP machine now has a built-in timer to cut heat power down to half if machine isn't used for a period.
